Gary Cowan, Director of Compliance for America’s Job Exchange (AJE), the leading diversity recruitment and OFCCP compliance solution provider. Gary is responsible for the OFCCP compliance over 1000 federal contractors and leads the daily compliance operations responsible for posting over 100,000 jobs monthly. Gary leverages his 30 years of compliance expertise to assist AJE’s customers with beginning to end audit support, from OFCCP regulation counseling, preparing essential audit reports, to communicating with investigators and lawyers on our customer’s behalf. Prior to Gary’s experience with AJE, he spent more than 25 years working for the United States Department of Labor as an auditor, trainer and director.
