HomeArizona Industry Liaison Group (AZilg)The Arizona Industry Liaison Group (AZilg), established in 1975 as the Arizona Affirmative Action Association (QuadA), is a non-profit professional association dedicated to helping employers comply with employment-related statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Our focus includes equal employment opportunity (EEO) under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, federal contractor compliance under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 793), and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA, 38 U.S.C. 4212).

According to the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG), ILG “is a concept, spawned by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) programs in the early 1980s to encourage open communication between industry and the OFCCP. The objectives have expanded since the ILG’s beginnings to include partnerships with other government agencies, like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
