Angela Gralin
Bio: Angela Gralin has been a valuable EEO Consultant at Berkshire Associates (legacy Biddle Consulting Group) since 2020. She has a depth of experience with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to S&P/Fortune 100 companies. Angela provides exceptional service to support OFCCP/OCR compliance across various industries, including supply and service, higher education, construction, and local government. She earned her bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and, later, two teaching credentials from SJSU. Before joining Berkshire, Angela started her career as an office manager at an accounting firm before returning to school and becoming a 7th/8th-grade math teacher.
Miguel Gill
Bio: Miguel Gill is a Consultant at Berkshire Associates with over six years of experience developing various workforce analytics for a diverse group of organizations ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure, he's assisted in the successful closure of dozens of OFCCP compliance evaluations for his clients. Miguel specializes in utilizing data to proactively identify potential gaps in organizational outreach efforts, recordkeeping, and other compliance requirements.
