While both halves of the double presentation will be provided by Chris Mason, a partner with the law firm Jennings Strouss, the first half will focus on the legal requirements and latest developments of workplace drug testing in Arizona. He will help correct pervasive misconceptions and misinformation about the legal requirements, as well as apprise audience participants of the latest case law relative to drug testing requirements, medical marijuana use, and use of the safety-sensitive position designations.
