Data Validation and Audit Reconciliation
If you received an audit notification, would you be ready? If your organization is like most, the answer is, at best, “maybe.” Non-compliance can be costly. During this session you will refresh your understanding of how to prepare and reconcile your data, understand key issues that raise red flags, determine your risks during an audit, review recent key focus areas for the OFCCP and walk away with a template and “to-do” list.
