Topic: OFCCP Focused Reviews - What to Expect
OFCCP will deliver a presentation highlighting the expectations of federal contractors during Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 focused reviews. Emphasis will be placed on requirements of 41 CFR Chapter 60-741 and 60-300 as they relate to outreach assessments, utilization goals, and hiring goals. Additionally, OFCCP will discuss the expectations of federal contractors relating to reasonable accommodations, disability leave and Veteran spousal rights.
