Topic:  The OFCCP “Contractor Portal” & New Compensation Directive Have Arrived – What Do They Mean for Employers, and How Do We Respond?

We’re only a few months into 2022 but already OFCCP has rolled out major changes that impact how employers need to comply with OFCCP requirements. Most prominent among the changes is the OFCCP’s new Contractor Portal. In the next few months, all government contractors must register in the Portal and then certify that you have prepared current affirmative action plans, separately for every entity and each company location. Your certification responses will be used to prioritize employers for OFCCP audits next year. So we need to get this certification right. Join Mickey as he guides us through the best approach and strategy for our Portal response.

Also, the OFCCP just issued a new Compensation Directive. And it has big implications for our approach to pay equity and to OFCCP pay investigations during audits. Join us as we break down the directive and help you understand what you need to know, and do, differently to protect your organization.
