Topic: OFCCP’s very big year and what contractors need to know for 2015
For those who have been following the OFCCP over the years, this was clearly the biggest year from a regulatory perspective any of us have ever experienced. Nita Beecher will provide an overview of those changes beginning with implementation of OFCCP’s new Section 503 and VEVRAA regulations continuing through the issuance of seven (!) new executive orders and concluding last month with its proposed new compensation collection tool. What have contractors experienced so far and what can they expect moving into 2015 when the remaining portions of Section 503 and VEVRAA will be implemented and the agency will issue its final rule on compensation collection among other regulations. Here is an opportunity to discuss what has gone well and what has not.
