- A nomination letter of no more than two pages in length that includes:
- A summary of the nominee’s significant past and continuing contributions related to the HR field
- A detailed narrative description of the reasons why the individual is being nominated
- A statement that highlights the nominee’s interaction with and effect upon other HR practitioners
