- Submit cancellation requests to info@azilg.org.
- Cancellations received through September 30, 2026 will incur a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received September 1–30, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received on or after October 1, 2026 are nonrefundable.
- Applicable refunds will be issued within seven days of cancellation.
- Registrations may be transferred to another colleague at any time prior to refund.
- Registration fees cannot be credited toward future conferences.
