Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests may be submitted to info@azilg.org.
• Cancellations received now through September 30, 2026 will incur a $25 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received September 1–30, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations received on or after October 1, 2026 are nonrefundable.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 7 days of cancellation.
• Registrations may be transferred to another colleague at any time prior to refund.
• Registration fees cannot be credited toward future conferences.
