Topic: The Importance of including Disability in D&I Training
While disability is often included in D&I language, mission statements, etc., the focus in D&I training is often minimal or non-existent. We will look at what should be included in D&I training and how to coach trainers (or content writers, if training is part of an eLearning system) on avoiding pitfalls.
