Over the past two years employers have had to balance a number of competing employee interests and rights, from expansion of protections on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation and navigating vaccine protocols while acknowledging and respecting individual’s religious freedoms. And the landscape is going to remain rocky as employees become more entrenched in their views and protective of their rights.
