This presentation will focus on the EEOC Investigation, from how the EEOC captures information to how an investigation is conducted. Enforcement Manager, Jeremy Yubeta, will discuss the analytical process an investigator goes through when reviewing a charge and what is involved in an investigation. Included will be techniques to handle sensitive topics such as sexual harassment and a discussion regarding how the EEOC trains its investigators to maintain its neutrality during the investigation.
