The proposed Section 503 and VEVRAA focused reviews are now being scheduled by OFCCP. OFCCP Director Craig Leen has said we can expect the agency to announce additional focused reviews on compensation and promotions by late spring. Nita Beecher, Of Counsel at FortneyScott, will provide an overview of what OFCCP expects when they come onsite and how contractors can get prepared.
