Topic: Bystander Training
We’ve all seen it. We’ve all heard it. We’ve all felt it – those occasions where we see harassing behavior, hear offensive language, feel the ensuing awkward silence or laugh because we don’t know what else to do. Each of us has our own story to tell where we either personally experienced unacceptable behavior or witnessed it and yet did nothing. Perhaps we didn’t know what to do but wished we would have done something. Today’s presentation takes us down a path that empowers anyone and everyone to do something. The Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, and Employee Relations teams at Raytheon Technologies in Tucson will provide some practical ideas on how to “say something when you see something.” Join Lexi Hernandez, Liza Raiser, Mike Grubbs, and Mark Ferguson in this engaging dialogue that brings the “bystander” – you – to life.
Speakers:
Michael C. Grubbs - Senior Counsel, Raytheon Technologies
Mark H. Ferguson - Employee Relations & Compliance Manager, Raytheon Technologies
Lisa M. Raiser - Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Raytheon Technologies
Lexi Hernandez - Diversity & Inclusion Director, Raytheon Technologies
