Join us in cool Flagstaff for an update and discussion with our partners from the Phoenix District Office. Joe and Cheryl will provide an overview of Affirmative Action Plans, the role the OFCCP plays in the process, including the expectations they have of federal contractors. They will also discuss trends they see within the federal contractor workplace and things we should all be aware of as HR and AA professionals. This is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and build or expand your organization's relationship with the OFCCP.
